Meet at 11:30am @ The Casino/Circle Parade along the private road next to the parking lot led by our HBCA President Alex Borg, followed by flag raising ceremony and the Star Spangled Banner. Snacks and refreshments will be served! Show your patriotic style - Decorate those bikes, scooters and strollers! Thank you and we will see you at the beach!
