2026 Premier Boating Membership Package valid from 1/1/26 - 12/31/26.
Premier Boating Package includes:
- Full use of beach facilities (including boat ramp and dock)
- One boat sticker and one dinghy/kayak sticker (storage of one dinghy or kayak on racks)
- Security contribution
Additional dinghy/kayak stickers may be purchased separately. Parking lot and ramp gate key included - contact Rich Wrede at rich.wrede@hbca.org for key pick-up. Key must be turned in annually prior to obtaining key for next season or "Lost Key" fee of $25 will be assessed. All vessels, including any on dinghy rack, must have a current sticker.
IMPORTANT: Boaters must supply a copy of current boat registration or documentation for all vessels, including power boats, sailboats, jet skis, etc. showing valid Huntington Beach address and Town of Huntington Mooring Permit number (if applicable) with dues payment. Keys and stickers will not be issued without this information. HBCA boat stickers must be affixed to the boat windshield. Membership applications without valid boat registrations will NOT be processed. Your registration/permit(s)can be emailed to Jennie Logan-Paulich at finsec@hbca.org or dropped in her mailbox at 220 McKinley Ter.
The discounted rate is $515 when paid online by March 1st ($546 after 3/1) of the membership year. Please note, this rate include a 3% surcharge to cover online processing fees.

* A Note about Capital Contributions
Membership dues are helpful, but we need further financial support from members to continue with HBCA’s ongoing capital maintenance. Beginning this year, the annual HBCA member registration form includes a line for Capital Expenditure Contribution. The suggested contribution is $100, but giving more is highly encouraged. Although contributions are optional, your support is essential.
