2026 Property Maintenance Membership (Sustaining) valid from 1/1/26 - 12/31/26.
Dues supports the upkeep of the HBCA property as an asset to Huntington Beach home values. Membership in good standing includes the right to participate in all HBCA sponsored functions, participate in General Meetings and vote. These members are not eligible to use the beach, parking lot, boat ramp, or rent the casino. Members with deeds requiring mandatory payment of dues must pay full Regular dues.

Membership dues are helpful, but we need further financial support from members to continue with HBCA’s ongoing capital maintenance. Beginning this year, the annual HBCA member registration form includes a line for Capital Expenditure Contribution. The suggested contribution is $100, but giving more is highly encouraged. Although contributions are optional, your support is essential.
