All HBCA members are invited to attend our General Meeting in the newly renovated Casino building and join the Board of Directors for community information and updates. This is an opportunity to listen in and also to make your voice heard. We look forward to seeing everyone!

Meet between 11:30-11:45am @ The Casino/Circle (parade starts promptly at noon!) Parade along the private road next to the parking lot led by our HBCA President Chris Forstbauer, followed by a flag raising ceremony, the Star Spangled Banner and REFRESHMENTS! Show your patriotic style - Decorate those bikes, scooters and strollers! Thank you and we will see you at the beach!

On Saturday, July 18th, all kayaks, dinghies and canoes on the rack that do not have a 2026 HBCA sticker will be removed to be fair and to make room for those who did purchase stickers.
