Hello Neighbors, After speaking with many of our members and receiving guidance from the Suffolk County Health Dept & Town of Huntington, the HBCA amenities will be closed. This includes the playground, swing set, casino, bathrooms, dock, boat ramp, pavilion and parking lot. While the beach itself will remain open, the closure of the amenities are in an effort to discourage large gatherings which have been occurring on the property. HBCA has a concentration of COVID-19 and our neighbors need us more than ever to help stop the spread. The entire board of directors thanks all of our members and neighbors in advance for helping to flatten the curve and keep our community safe. We are organizing fun activities to keep our tight knit community engaged and active, so stay tuned to our Facebook groups, website and emails. Hopefully, we will all be back at the beach soon.
